A multi-level commercial plaza with open galleries on the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
The project
Lake Plaza is a commercial building at Igbo-Efon on the Lekki-Epe Expressway, one of the busiest growth corridors in Lagos. Shop units are arranged around open, balustraded galleries, so every tenant gets a visible frontage and shoppers can move easily between levels.
The plaza is designed to work day and night, with lighting that shows off the shopfronts after dark.
