The project
Sum House is a multi-storey commercial building on Borno Way, Yaba, clad in a blue glass curtain wall that gives it a strong presence on the street.
Glazed office buildings in Lagos need careful detailing: sealing against driving rain, managing solar gain and planning safe access for cleaning and maintenance. Sum House is one of several office buildings in Titan's Yaba portfolio.
