The project
Titan is building contemporary homes at Atlantic View Estate in Lekki. The designs combine cantilevered white volumes, timber soffits and living green walls, with gated forecourts and parking beneath the upper floors.
The project is ongoing. Coastal Lekki sites call for careful foundation design and drainage, and we plan the estate works and the homes together.
